Disable OWA encrypt button

Hi,   How do i disable the "encrypt" button in OWA? I have tried with "Set-IRMConfiguration -SimplifiedClientAccessEnabled $false" but encrypt option is still accessible.   Regards Robert

How long has it been since you toggled it?
