Different result between MSword in office 2019 and office 365

I have two working environments containing two different versions of MSWord:

Microsoft® Word for Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14228.20216) 64-bit

Microsoft® Word 2019 MSO (16.0.10369.20032) 64-bit

If there is a character using symbol font, such as 4, the unicode is F034.

When it is save in Office 365, the xml content is

<w:p w14:paraId="189AB7B6" w14:textId="71BCB51A" w:rsidR="00F367F8" w:rsidRPr="007B03EF" w:rsidRDefault="007B03EF"><w:pPr><w:rPr><w:rFonts w:ascii="Symbol" w:hAnsi="Symbol"/></w:rPr></w:pPr><w:r w:rsidRPr="007B03EF"><w:rPr><w:rFonts w:ascii="Symbol" w:hAnsi="Symbol"/></w:rPr><w:t>4</w:t></w:r></w:p>

When it is save in Office 2019, the xml content is

<w:p w:rsidR="007C78BE" w:rsidRPr="0097632B" w:rsidRDefault="0097632B" w:rsidP="0097632B"><w:pPr><w:rPr><w:rFonts w:ascii="Symbol" w:hAnsi="Symbol"/></w:rPr></w:pPr><w:bookmarkStart w:id="0" w:name="_GoBack"/><w:r w:rsidRPr="0097632B"><w:rPr><w:rFonts w:ascii="Symbol" w:hAnsi="Symbol"/></w:rPr><w:t>?</w:t></w:r><w:bookmarkEnd w:id="0"/></w:p>

The contents of <w:t></w:t> in both results are different, how can I solve this inconsistent case?

Are there any update patch that I can apply in Office 2019 to make them become the same?

Regards,

Chung
