Difference between "Check names" with Outlook in cached or online mode?

Hi,

 

I've noticed running Outlook in cached mode on my local computer, I can write the telephone number of a user in GAL on the "To" field in a new E-Mail and press ctrl + k and then they appear in the result. If I try the same procedure on RDS running online mode, then it returns no result. Is there any way to change that behavior on the RDS/Online mode Outlook?

    Bump. Does anyone know of any way to change this behavior, or any work around to make the "Check names" more comprehensive?
