Device stuck on To enroll your device, install the free microsoft intune company portal

Hi,

When i try to login to outlook for a user with his email i get stuck on "To enroll your device, install the free microsoft intune company portal app" i already have the intune app installed on the phone and if i click go to the play store and open the intune nothing happens. i just keep getting the message "To enroll your device, install the free microsoft intune company portal app" ive tried it on different phones but it all ends with the same result. anyone knows whats causing this ? or know a fix?
