Desktop Notifications using OWA do not work if minimized or another app is open in the foreground
We are using both Chrome ver 80 and Edge Beta (chromium) with Office 365 Email (Outlook web app) in both Citrix and WVD (windows virtual desktop). We would like to receive the pop up notification...
I found the answer by opening a ticket with Microsoft.
I didn't realize there was a separate uservoice for Outlook on the Web.

The tech said they are working on this.
