Deploy Office 365 over Office 2010

I have deployed Office 365 before but always found it a little messy especially with removing an old version.

 

has anyone got a guide/script or good/clean way of seamlessly getting a user onto Office 365 from Office 2010 without  showing the user anything, allowing the user to mess things up i.e. by having office open.
