Delegation of Administration
Hi
We have a requirement to have some level of administration delegated to us by another tenant. To be more precise we need to be able to admin teams for a number of customers. These customers have no connection with us from a O365 perspective and they did not use us as their reseller or CSP, partner etc.
Is there anyway we can achieve this. Basically we need customer A to delegate Teams admin permissions to Customer B. So far we have drawn a blank and it looks like we would have to be their partner of record etc.

You either need to register yourselves as their "partner on record" or request an (admin) user to be created for you in each of these tenants.

What implications are there for the customer if they change their POR, is it possible for multiple PORs to
be registered? we were trying to avoid having accounts created in every tenant as this has other implications.
Thanks!You can only have a single POR, and the implications are that you lose the association with the partner, including any revenue you generate for them.
