Thanks, but I've already tried that - it simply created a new calendar with the requisite appointments in it, and continued to let me send from my exchange account 24/7.

EuroguardPCC Sorry about the ones that do not make a difference. I was trying to remember what all we went over when this customer had opened a case with 365 Support. Now, the AfterHours that you said you tried, in your first post, is not the same as the one Victor_Ivanidze posted about. You could try that 3rd party product. There are just no other options "Out of the box"
