"defer delivery by a number of minutes" Outlook rule disappeared?

Question

I have Outlook Professional Plus 2019.Yesterday I got an update (the yellow ribbon appeared saying there are updates) and now I have (version 2209).&nbsp;After this update:the list of favorite inboxes disappeared from the list of accountsthe rule action&nbsp;"defer delivery by a number of minutes" disappeared from the list, and this in turn made my rule completely disappear and I cannot create a new one&nbsp;Is it a bug? Or a bad feature?Can anyone confirm?

TMoTats&nbsp; unfortunately not. Nobody from Microsoft helped.Maybe this feature was removed in the latest releases...&nbsp;No idea...
