Custom SharePoint hosted Workflows Not Running - Sharepoint

Is anyone else running into issues with custom workflows not running in SharePoint?  I don't see any issues being reported but my workflows are not firing.

      Online.  It was working for months and just suddenly stopped 2 days ago.  The only things that we changed was moving from an E3 to E5 with Advanced Security.  I was wondering if the Advanced Security might have done something that is stopping these workflows.
