Custom Apps missing from app launcher

Is there rhyme or reason as to when my custom apps should appear in the app launcher waffle? Majority of the time they do not.

    They should all appear at the bottom, in a section called "Other". It seems to work OK for me across all of O365 services that I bothered to check, but if you are able to reproduce this definitely open a support case to have it looked at. I know Tom Batcheler was involved with the new launcher a while back, perhaps he might be able to help.

      I will open a ticket. It has been off for me in multiple browsers even in incognito for a few weeks now.
