Hi, I don't know if this will help you as it helped me with the same Excel problem.
1. Select a cell or highlight all cells
2. Right Click and select Format Cells
3. In the tabs above Select Protection
4. In Protection Tab if Locked is check please uncheck it and click OK
5. Restart the Excel
6. Done
