Creating ad connect rules

i need to create a rule that sets Egypt as the default country , and another rules that assigns license according to the domain ,

    Do you mean overwriting the corresponding AD attributes and setting Egypt regardless of their values, via a rule?

    Default country is the country you registered when you set up Office 365. Otherwise you need to have a PowerShell script
