Creating a hyperlink for excel sheet on my website so that it opens using Excel Online

I have an excel file that is hosted on my website, and I'm trying to create a link so that it opens using Excel online. How do I do that? In addition, is it possible to to enable that file for writes where the multiple users can open it and collaborate on it? How would I create that link
