Create a user activity report for productivity auditing
I've been asked by someone on our executive committee to run an activity report on an individual in our company. They are looking for information to confirm that an associate did in fact work straight through the weekend. Is there such a report that will show when someone logged in and logged out of Teams and/or Office365?

You can crawl the Unified audit log for any events recorded during the given timeframe: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/search-the-audit-log-in-security-and-compliance?view=o365-worldwide
Do note that not every login will generate a corresponding event, so focus on file activities, email sent/received, etc. Alternatively you can use Workplace analytics, if your company is paying for that.
