Create a hyperlink to a file in web excel

How do I create a hyperlink to a file in web excel?

I need to co-author my excel sheet with other users, but it needs to have links to files in it. I'm not "linking" to a data source,or otherwise trying to import data. Just a plain-old file-type hyperlink that opens when it is clicked.

Can anyone advise how I set that up please? I can host it on Sharepoint Online or OneDrive. I plan to store the files in a folder alongside the workbook.

Open to other solutions and suggestions of course.
