Contacts in owa is not alphabetically arranged

Hi Team, 

Contacts under Contact folder on the new outlook web app is not alphabetically arranged, other contacts in the folder like Gal, rooms,dl are fine.

Repro Steps:
Open new owa> create new email> click the to button
