Contacts falling out of Outlook, but still in OWA!!!!!
This has started happeneing recently and can't work out what is going on. Firstly email contacts are disapeparing from the contacts folders and found later in the Receipient cache folder. What is receipient cache and why would they be in there.
Secondly I can see 4 family members in OWA, but only 1 of them is in my outlook. If i try to edit them to force a resync one worked, but other 2 say "contact cant be updatred at this time".
I'm guessing what is in OWA is right so is there way to force a sync back to outlook? Only way i have found is to send a vcf from my phone whne I find one missing.
Driving me a bit nuts. seems ot be related to sending thme a text or something from my phone!!!!

Some mobile device messing up things would be my first suspicion as well. You can enable auditing and dig through the logs to see if there are any relevant events. Or just open a support case to get this investigated?
