Conditional Access for Forms with "Anyone with the link can respond"

Dears,

Does the Conditional Access for Forms with "Anyone with the link can respond" setting will work?

I do understand that Conditional Access for Forms is supportd and works when we have the form with the setting 'Only people of my organization can answer', but could it work for forms with setting 'Anyone with the link can respond'?
