Compliance GDPR Document classification

A while ago I stubled upon (a MS) video where it was shown - from within Word - the End User could change a document from Public to e.g Confidential. (and a watermark was changed)

Now, I can't find it!  :)

Someone have the link/video?

  • I'll get you started, that sounds awfully like Azure Information Protection, where users can select labels and those labels apply a classification which can have different actions, including a watermark or protecting the document.

Is this is what you were thinking of Deleted (from https://youtu.be/N9Ip0m6d3G0)?

Glad I could help.  Just to add, in case you haven't come across it yet, Azure Information Protection is an add-on at extra cost and it comes in https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-platform/azure-information-protection-pricing. It is also bundled with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) or Microsoft 365 Enterprise.   There is a dedicated community space here if you were to have any specific questions.
