Changing Name as it appears in Office Apps

I want to change my name from maiden to married.

I have accessed my MSFT account and it is changed there.

I have accessed Office apps and changed appearance and it successfully changed

however when I open an app (powerpoint, word, excel etc) up the top right hand corner my old name still appears (see screen shot below).  When I click that and go to account settings, it only shows my new name and not my old name.  How do I get it to change at the top right of the app ???
