Change room mailbox that are synched from AD to pure cloud

Question

We previously have exchange hybrid, local exchange is already deprovisioned but room mailboxes are still tagged as synched from AD.

How do we Change room mailbox that are synched from AD to pure cloud?

Hi, the exchange server on premise is now decommissioned /Not available. Any other ways? Tnx

Hi&nbsp;Marvin Oco&nbsp;&nbsp;If Exchange is already decommissioned, why not you create the Room mailboxes from Exchange Admin portal directly?&nbsp;&nbsp;Are you using Azure AD connect?&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks!

Yes using ad connect. How do we purge the "ad synched room mailbox"?

Hi&nbsp;Marvin Oco&nbsp;&nbsp;If you are using Azure AD connect, I presume your Room mailbox was synced in Office 365 as user mailbox. In that case, you can convert this user mailbox to a room mailbox.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can use exchange online powershell and run&nbsp;"Set-Mailbox&nbsp;YourUser -Type Room"&nbsp;Also, here you can find more info:Create and manage room mailboxes | Microsoft DocsI hope this can help.&nbsp;&nbsp;Good luck!
