Change Password Insanity
I go through this every 90 days. Office 365 insists I change my password. I change it using o365 admin. Outlook prompts me over and over and over and over and over for the new password. ...
I frequently see this behavior if I have synced something from SharePoint to Outlook (like a calendar). Usually removing the calendar and re-adding allows the frequent prompts to stop.
That being said, I have also seen this occur with no explanation whatsoever, and have no better support answer than "give it some time it will go away on its own" :(
