Card info on contacts not populating correctly.

Strange issues I can't seem to find anyone else with. The company information shows correctly in the business card tab but not on the regular card tab. 

I redacted some details for privacy purposes on the pictures. Attached is the screenshot in it's entiry an focused on one contact as an example of both.
