Can't start typing in first email on Outlook start

Not sure where to better report this (Feedback form in Outlook itself is not working for me). Have noticed recently, probably after February update of Office 365, that when i start Outlook and press reply for the first time, the cursor in the reply disappears and nothing happens when i start typing. So i have to press in the reply field to make cursor appear again. As it is happening on two computers, seems to be a glitch in Office. Using 2102, 13801.20266.
