Can't connect to microsoft servers

Hello, I'm trying to activate my Office 365 subscription (from my University) but I can't activate it. I keep getting this error when trying to activate it, saying I can't connect to the Microsoft servers.

I'm using an MSI GS65 with Windows 10 Home (version 1909) and Office version "Office 365 A1 Plus for students"

Things I've tried:

- Reinstalling, many times
- Repairing, multiple times
- Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant
- Reinstalling windows off an ISO from support
- Calling and talking to Microsoft support
- Talking to my University IT

I'm desperate and will try literally any idea 😞
