cannot turn off autocorrect while using pen

I am facing this issue when using the pen to write on my touch screen PC.

I noticed this issue when I was writing a mail-in outlook and wanted to write a family name that is not a word in the dictionary. The word was automatically replaced by a similar word from the English dictionary. This issue is frustrating so I went to Microsoft word and turn out to have the same issue.

I contacted Microsoft Office support and they tried to take over my screen and some settings change in the windows and the Office applications concerning the auto-correction but the problem was not solved. They proposed to me to post the issue here.

I found out later that not only this issue is on word and outlook, it is also on edge and other applications such as firefox. While typing this discussion the autocorrect was active although in the typing settings of windows it is deactivated. This issue appears only while using the pen so if I am typing with the keyboard the problem disappears.

I also notice that the only place where the auto-correct does not work is in the address bar of the browser.

I thought the handwriting recognition was not working but since the address bar recognizes what I'm typing without correcting it this means there's no problem with it.

The word I was typing as an example is "Cambot" which is a family name and was replaced by "Combat".

There are plenty of words that I am having this issue with especially if I want to use the Latin alphabet to write in Arabic for example "Yalla" automatically corrects it to "Yola" or "Yalta".

you can see in the video attached the problem I am having. I would like to stress the fact that this behavior is seen on all applications whether except the address bar of the browser (any browser) as you can see in the video the recognition worked fine on the address bar.
