cannot set Out of Office within 365 portal
Hi There, I am trying to set an Out of Office for one of our users, but I get this error message: "the operation couldn't be performed because UserName matches multiple entries" the user ...
How are you trying to set the OOF?
It's possible that there are multiple recipients in the organization with the same alias.
I ended up opening the users mailbox from within the admin console and applying the OOO there. that worked fine.
