cannot manage rules in outlook 2016

When i create rules in office 365 outlook, it promote the error“the operation failed because of a registry or installation problem. restart outlook and try again. If problem persists, reinstall.” 1....

Could you provide me with a screenshot from Outlook in the following place

File > Office Account

There we should be able to verify what version and build you are using with Office ProPlus at the moment
