CANNOT GET AN ADDRESS BOOK TO DISPLAY IN MY MICROSOFT 365 EMAIL
I cannot get an Address Book to display in my Microsoft 365 email. My contact list shows under "people" but I cannot determine how to get those contacts into an Address Book. I would even be willing to re-enter the contacts manually, they are not that extensive, if that would solve my problem. Thanks for your help.

Were you ever given an answer of what to do if the field was grayed out?
- The easiest solution would be to right-click your Contacts folder > Properties > Outlook Address Book > make sure the "Show this folder as an email Address book" is ticked (should be by default). Rinse and repeat for any additional contact folders.
If you are using Exchange (Online) and also has admin permissions, you can create the entries as external contacts/mail users and add them to the Global Address Book or custom ALs as needed.
