Cannot edit chart into word 2017

Since the begginning of last month i cannot edit a graph inside a word 2017 doccument. I update my office and windows 10 pro, all 64bits. The MS support asked me to rollback to a previous version off Office but I cannot accept this suggestions and choose to wait the bug fix. After 2 Weeks I removed the Office 365 ProPlus and installed a previous version 1705 and the bug was not fixed.

I tried to create a new word doccument, create a new graph, save the doccument and them tried to edit the graph on 3 different computers. All the computers are updated.

Please let me know how fix the bug since the error was reducing my company revenue.

      The error happens for every file: newer or older. If i create a new documment, insert a graph, close the graph edition i will not be able to edit again.
