Can an 'Office 365 A5 for Faculty' license use PREMIUM connectors on the Power Platform?

We are deploying Office 365 A5 for Faculty licenses to our users. Is this license permitted to use PREMIUM connectors on the Power Platform?

    No, Premium connectors in PowrApps and PowerAutomate are given by PowrApps Premium plans
