Buggy App Launcher
Do you have access to that other tenant? Or is it completely random?
I've has similar in the past after logging out, closing a browser and then logging into a second tenant I have access to. I've taken to making sure I'm in private mode for client tenants as I think it's something stored in a cookie.
Yes, i do, it is from one of my clients. They are our Partner, with Digital Partner of Record relationship.
I see alot of bad behavior with IE 11 in-private mode, it frequently uses cookies from other sessions. Chrome's in-cognito seems to actually be a separate session.

To be honest, I use Chrome also - along with different profiles (Employer, MS Corp, Personal tenant, MS Demos tenants) and incognito mode for other tenants, and I've not seen the issue that way. Ultimately though, my decision to switch to Chrome and profiles was to avoid this.
I've not had a client report it to me as an issue - so I had personally put it down to being in that fairly unusual situation of being a consultant and having access to lots of tenants.
That said, I've not been able to reproduce it reliably unless I completely avoid signing out of tenant 1 before signing into tenant 2. However tenant 1 has the new app launcher, and tenant 2 has the old one.
How are you reproducing it?

Hi All,
This is really interesting feedback - thanks for getting in touch! Our engineering teams are investigating, but would be interested to understand any steps you can share to help us reproduce the issue.- Dean_GrossOct 06, 2016Silver ContributorIt appears to be related to the Partner Center. I go there, then open one of customers tenats, my credentials are passed through to that tenant. Later, i open my own firms tenant, and the Newsfeed app (which was enabled in the customers tenant and disabled in my tenant) shows up. I can schedule a web-ex with someone if they want to see it in person.
