Bookings time slots
Hi everyone, I have a booking calendar created, which is designed to support two customers at the same time. So 2 slots can be booked at the same time. I was trying to change only one of them, resch...
Try below:
1. Reschedule via the Calendar View
- Go to your Bookings calendar in Microsoft 365.
- Find the specific appointment for the customer you want to reschedule.
- Click on it and choose Reschedule.
- This should allow you to change just that customer’s booking
2. Use Separate Services or Time Slots
- Consider creating two separate services or duplicated time slots.
- This way, each customer books a distinct appointment, even if it’s at the same time.
3. Check Your Scheduling Policies
- Go to Bookings > Services > [Your Service] > Scheduling Policy.
- Make sure the “Maximum number of attendees per time slot” is set correctly.
- Also review lead time, cancellation policies, and notifications to ensure flexibility.
