Body Text on meeting room

Question

Hi,is there a way to add body text to meeting room. i know how to add meeting room information through O365 admin center even the mailtip, capacity ...etc.&nbsp;i would like to add a couple of lines to the body when booking exactly like the little info that shows up at the top. currently we use the tamplate to add it manually but wonder if we can add it permanently.&nbsp;i would appreciate an answer that fullfills the requirment not any other solution like showing the text on the mail tip or other place. check the Pix please&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Note: not for a single computerRegards to all

Thank you tony for the link. it is great to know thats possible in this way. the only difference from what i want is that i want the body text populated when you choose the room from the list and before sending the invitation.
the link is describing how to show text when you already accepted the meeting and it is available in the calendar.
i can see the mail tip text is showing when i choose a room but i havent found a way to populate the body yet.
