block user access SharePoint online site from IP address
Is it possible to block users from accessing SharePoint site (or tenant) from certain IP address?

Based on this article, we can define allowed IP address. But our SharePoint online site shared with certain external users. We only want to block certain user with his/her IP address. for example IP 123.123.123.123. Can I block that IP address only?
