BCL Score reputation
Thank you for your quick response.
I certainly understand Spam filter would solve this issue but as I mentioned earlier, we are an ITSM provider and we use Sendgrid to communicate. We have customers across the globe with different exchange providers and our customers have their internal customers who use Office or any other exchange.
It would not be ideal to inform all the customers from the different domains to create a Spam Filter to receive Email.
Is there any other way where you can normalize our reputation for BCL?
any updates? We are on the same boat for the last 2 month. We are also using Sendgrip and have a static IP with SenderScore of 99, the issue is only with our transnational email service as the marketing list service is working just fine even it's set with Dynamic IP. so this is why We get BCL=8 which cause wour SCL to be 9 ?? as the IP is clean. I also checked the marketing transnational emails that sent We are really low at numbers and using this service only for Transnational emails with accepting all the policies that came along with Transnational emails. searching the Web will show You many with the same story.. Great SenderSocre, SPF or whatever but marked as BCL. no issues with any other mail provider but just the 0365 environment who check bulk mail as spam.. please I'm loosing My head and please please please don't repeat the same old response of "ask You customers to create rule that bypass bcl" it's really ridiculous..We have thousands of customers and I really can't do that or even need to do that as It's your. Bug .as if it's walk like a Bug,talk like a bug and look like a bug it's a BUG.

Or as I'm on the receiving end of such spam. . . It's your spam, and if it walks like spam, and looks like spam, then it is spam.

It is intended for Outlook.com, but since Outlook.com runs on top of Office365 maybe it'll help.
You wait for a response back.
