autocomplete don't wok

Good morning,

 

I recently migrated mail to office 365.

Autocompletion works in owa, but not on the outlook even with GAL mails

What can I do?

    OWA and outlook use different autocompletes btw so I wouldn't focus on that.

     

    Have you checked the autocompletes in outlook are activated? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2199226

     

    If they are, does everyone have this problem or is it limited to a single user?

      There is a way to download the autocomplete file from owa and import it to outlook?
