There's no single setting across all apps. How it behaves across the different endpoints is detailed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/session-timeouts?view=o365-worldwide

VasilMichev I recommend using Conditional Access for Session timeouts. There is even a built-in template for that purpose.
