Here is the original announcement about price increases starting on March 1, 2022 and the fact that audio-conferencing will be included in several licenses going forward:

Here is another announcement in their partner community website, which has some more details about which licenses will get the included audio-conferencing:

It doesn't look like Education licenses are included.

Thanks for the information Kevin. Hopefully they will extend this to Ed customers as well.
