append Mobile signature not worked ?
SG_WS3 you can't achieve that with Transport Rule. You'd need to find an alternative process for that, which would involve a third party app, which there are a few around.

Transport rule always inserts content at the bottom of the email (footer) or the top (header), not where you want it which is at the end of each reply.
If you want to add it per reply like an email signature and manage this centrally rather than allow each user to do it, you'd need to user a third party solution. Here are two that I know of:
