Thanks Juan. I had seen your thread. There's some very useful technical information within it.
I'm also interested in the user change aspects. For example, Exchange Online / Outlook seems to be one of the first solutions to implement, but how would you sell this change to users when you're just replacing one email / calendar solution with another?
