All SharePoint Online Sharing Links Now Support Expiration Dates
A very useful update to support sharing links expiration for all link types used by SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business is now rolling out and should be available in all Microsoft 365 tenants...
We are testing the feature but people remain to have access via the link even after expiration. So in our configuration it does not seem to work. Any pointers on troubleshooting this ?
Hey Dennis,
Try using "Copy Link", after updating the specific users and expiration date, then manually sending it via email or over teams. This way works every time but when using "Send" the expiration seems to be hit or miss, mostly miss.
