After PC Reset, ERROR CODE 30015-11 (3221225506)

After resetting my laptop, I always get this message whenever MS Office installation is almost done at around 92%. I have no problem using MS Office before I resetted my computer.

I resetted my computer again choosing the second option for factory reset which will even delete my personal documents. But this also didn't work. It even costed me my Windows product key. Now I lost a product key and an Office 365 which I rely so much.
