Ads on Outlook for IOS
This is an unusual situation, especially since you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription. Typically, ads in Outlook are only shown for free accounts. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Update the app first, before applying solutions
1)Check your account type:
Open Outlook on your iOS device
Go to Settings > Your Account
Verify that it shows as a Microsoft 365 account, not a free account
2) Check if subscription expired
Visit this link https://account.microsoft.com/services to check the status of your subscription and ensure it hasn’t expired.
3)Sign out and sign back in:
In the Outlook app, go to Settings
Select your account
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Restart the app and add your account again

Pleased Give us rating if it solves, it is your choice completely - BobONeilJul 11, 2024Copper ContributorThank you for the detailed answer. I do have the alias set up already. My Xfinity (Comcast) address is the primary alias for my account. I double-checked in the Microsoft account settings. And just to clarify, this setup has worked fine for years until about the middle of June, then the ads started appearing. Thanks again.
