Adding email accounts without license
parsarvin I am so confused reading all of this. The only thing I need to know is can I create and use an email through outlook without buying a license for that email?

LifeSource , I guess you can't.
This topic discusses using licensed Office 365 accounts in Outlook 365 while also having email accounts with the same domain managed by your legacy email server.
Licensed accounts can use Outlook 365 or POP3/SMTP, whichever you prefer.
Non-licensed accounts can use the legacy email manager or POP3/SMTP, whichever you prefer.

Hi, LifeSource,.
If you already have an "legacy" e-mail provider, for example, with @livesource.com domain, you can have emails "@livesource.com" at Office 365 with paid licenses (as many as you want) and other e-mails accounts "@livesource.com" (as many as you want) on your legacy server.I have, for example, a Microsoft Enterprise account that manages the "@tshooterit.com" domain. My email is from Office 365, access all Office 365 tools and pays the license for it, the email of some more professionals from our company as well. However, 90% of email accounts "@tshooterit.com", although the domain is managed by Microsoft, are registered on our shared email server (a Hostgator shared server, for example).
If this is your case, follow the link with step-by-step:
