Add-ins not working in microsoft office

Not much information provided, may worth trying below:

• Clear the Office add-in cache: close all Office apps, delete everything in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Wef, then restart Office and try again.
• Ensure connected experiences are enabled: File > Options > Trust Center > Privacy Options, turn on “Allow Office to connect to the internet” and “Enable connected experiences”.
• Test in Office on the web (office.com); if it works there but not in desktop apps, the issue is local to your Office install (cache/repair).
• Disable potentially conflicting COM add-ins: File > Options > Add-ins > Manage: COM Add-ins, uncheck all, restart Office, then re-enable one by one to identify the problem.
• If using a work/school account, check tenant policy: your Microsoft 365 admin may be blocking Office Store add-ins and must enable them or deploy the add-in centrally.
