Access to mailboxes without adding to Outlook desktop
As an administrator I often need to access other people's mailboxes. However I can't grant myself permission ad-hoc as it takes too long for permissions to apply. The solution is to grant myself access to all mailboxes via PS, but the problem I have is that once I do this, all the mailboxes (900+) appear in my desktop Outlook and make it unusable.
How can I grant myself permissions to a mailbox with having it appear in desktop Outlook?
