Access denied when trying to removed email alerts from shared documents

Chris Lilley Did you find a resolution for this? In your scenario, I happen to be Kate - and it's driving me nuts that I keep getting alerts for a document that is no longer shared with me. I can't figure out a way to remove myself from the notification - very frustrating. Appreciate any tips you might have run across!
- Chris LilleyJan 13, 2023Copper ContributorDGinCO I can't exactly remember what where we found this in the end, but we logged in both as Kate and also the global admin and found some notification settings we'd not previouslt stumbled across. Removing those resolved the issues. Needless to say, it's not a solution we've adopted on any other shared folders as it caused too many alerts.
