A tool to audit (maybe enforce) compliance with agreed standards

Just like Azure Policies, in Microsoft 365 I would want to have a set of "policies" that can be evaluated in order to comply with internally agreed standards.

Examples would be:

- initials/alias must be 4 characters or more

- rooms must have a capacity of 2 or more assigned

- sign-in blocked users with exchange account should have an out-of-office message

The monitoring would be enough, so you can create a set of policies or rules and can check if those are fulfilled. If not, you have a list of what needs to be fixed.
